Origin
Coronel del Maule, south of Cauquenes. Greater influence of the coast determines a cooler climate. Dry 80-year-old vines, grafted with Garnacha on País. Early harvest. Fermentation in 500-litre tanks, 10% whole bunch. Native yeast, without additions. Gently trodden by hand.
tasting notes:
It is an intense, deep, bright violet colour. Its expressive nose reveals red fruit like ripe cherries, along with intriguing earthy notes. In the mouth it is juicy and achieves excellent balance between structure and tension. The palate is delicious and broad with well-structured tannins and great persistence.
