Wash and chop the strawberry into small pieces. In a jug add the ice up to half, the chopped strawberries and three thinly sliced lemons
Add 4 measures of syrup and a measure of Pisco and fill with a bottle (750 ml) of Undurraga Rosé Royal. mix and stir
Store for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator and then serve in glasses with ice. The idea is that the cocktail always maintains its temperature. A Pink Wonder!
