Mixología Sparkling

Ingredients

• Crushed ice
• 120 ml of Limoncello
• 350 ml of Undurraga Extra Brut
• 2 splashes of sparkling water (optional)
• 2 slices of lemon, fruit and mint to decorate

Preparation

1. Pour crushed ice into the glasses, halfway up
2. Add the limoncello
3. Then pour Undurraga Extra Brut and, if desired, a splash of sparkling water
4. Add a slice of lemon to each glass and decorate as you like
