In a mixture of 2/3 Undurraga Brut Royal and 1/3 ground peaches as a puree
The glass for this cocktail should be the same as that used to drink sparkling wine. Before grinding, the peaches have to be cold. This preserves the consistency and can be served immediately, without having to put it in the refrigerator
After grinding them, you have to strain them so that it is like a juice without lumps. Add the sparkling Undurraga Brut Royal at the end and you will have the best bellini of your life!
