Mixología Sparkling

Ingredients

• 60ml Gin
• 60ml Campari
• 30ml orange juice
• lemon drops
• 120 ml Undurraga Brut
• Strawberries, slices and orange peel to decorate

Preparation

1. Add gin, Campari, orange juice, lemon juice, and strawberry syrup to a shaker filled with ice
2. Mix energetically.
3. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice.
4. Top with Undurraga Brut and gently shake the mixture to combine.
5. Garnish with fresh strawberries and a few slices of orange, et Voilá!
