ORIGIN
D.O. Maule Valley, Cauquenes – Chile.
Variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon

This Cabernet Sauvignon from the Maule Valley, specifically from the Cauquenes area. The special conditions of this valley determine that the wine is more mature, structured and with an explosive finish. It has an intense ruby red color and presents fresh, fruity aromas such as black currants, ripe cherries as well as subtle notes of spice and chocolate. This is a well-balanced wine with expressive tanins, which enhance the complexity and the oak is perfectly integrated and doesn’t override the fruit. This wine pairs well with beef, game, lamb, prok and mature cheese.

D.O. Colchagua Valley
Variety: 100% Carménère

The Carménère variety originated in Bordeaux, France, disappeared in the nineteenth century and has now been rediscovered in Chile. This wine is made from grapes from our vineyards in the Colchagua Valley. This wine has a deep violet-red colour. Exuberant aromas of black cherries, ripe plums, wild berries and blueberries mix with spicy notes, such as black pepper, rosemary, boldo and bay laurel. On The palate is soft, concentrated and complex,with a pleasant silkiness and notes of spice and fruit, and offers a delicate yet persistent finish. This wine is an ideal accompaniment for red meat, poultry, pasta and fish. It is also excellent with typical Chilean cuisine, such as sweetcorn pie, sweetcorn parcels and meat pasties.

D.O Maipo Valley
Variety: 100% Merlot

This wine was made with 100% Merlot grapes grown on our Santa Ana Estate in the Maipo Valley. The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness and then selected for this wine. The wine is intense red in colour with violet hues. The aromas are fresh and bursting with fruit, such as blackberries and blueberries, intermingled with spices, like black pepper and cloves. On the palate has medium-structured with rounded tannins and rich in fruit flavours. This wine pairs well with meat, spicy casserole dishes, pasta and cheese.

D.O Leyda Valley
Variety: 100% Pinot Noir

This cool climate Pinot Noir is from our Lomas de Leyda Estate in the Leyda Valley. It was made using grapes which were harvested early, when they were at optimum ripeness. This is an elegant wine, ruby-coloured with medium intensity. The aromas are bursting by red fruit, morello cherries, strawberries and fresh herbs. On the palate it reveals morello cherries and pomegranate complemented by gentle tannins and fine oak. Fresh, elegant and persistent on the finish. This wine pairs well with red and white meat, pasta, fish and soft cheese.

Variety: 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Sibaris Sauvignon Blanc has been crafted with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes from the Leyda Valley, vinified with carefully selected grapes and bottled young. It displays a pale yellow-green color with delicate and intense aromas of citrus fruits (grapefruit and lime), white pepper, and floral notes, harmonized with gentle herbal and mineral hints. On the palate, it boasts a good balance with rich acidity, citrusy and mineral notes, culminating in a fresh, persistent, and lively finish. Thanks to its freshness and citrus notes, it’s perfect for pairing with fish, fresh seafood, salads, or simply enjoyed as an aperitif.

Variety: 100% Chardonnay

This wine is from our Lomas de Leyda estate in the Leyda Valley. It is clean, bright, and strawcoloured. The aromas are seductive and refreshing with subtle notes of citrus fruit peel, accompanied by fresh pear, white peach and honey flavours, followed by an expressive minerality. It displays a persistent finish thanks to its vibrant acidity. This wine is ideal with white meat, seafood, fish, pasta dishes and cheese.
